  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    The return policy on fish is that you have ten days to report any injuries or deaths. They must be documented and pictured in order to receive store credit. Any other items can be returned if damaged or not needed. Return shipping will not be covered.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
    Order times can be expected to be around three to ten business days. We will ship fish overnight.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    International shipping will require extra charges.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    Most forms of payment will be offered including PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, and more. However, currently only credit card payments will be offered.
